When is it Time to Replace or Repair Your Residential Air Conditioner

As the summer months approach us you may be wondering what to do regarding your current Residential Air Conditioner. As a rule of thumb it is wise to consider a Cooling Unit replacement when the cost of repairs approaches 50% of the value of your heating or cooling system. With the constant advancements being made in the Heating and Cooling Industry you will more than likely get a much more efficient system than you had.
