Summary: Good experience.

Review: Very much appreciated your technician, Francisco, who serviced my unit today (routine annual service call). He helped me make an un-pressured, informed decision regarding replacing my still functioning capacitor. Today was a 5/5/5 event, but I think that rating can only be given for “service” and “recommendation” in retrospect, when tested by time.
