Description Of Work: Had to replace the AC unit.  The company was honest, fair, accomodating, and very professional.  Very glad I went with them based on the Angie’s list rating.

Member Comments: “From my first call they were responsive and quick.  The repairman came out to do his best and try and make the dying system work.  When it was clear a replacement was needed, he shared honestly what was needed.  The sales rep then came out and discussed options.  He listened to our needs carefully, was honest and trustworthy, and worked to accomodate our needs.  He was especially empathetic to our situation, which was very nice and beyond the call.  He arranged the service, and although it was delayed by a day, the workers showed up on time and ready to go.  They worked all day long in brutal heat.  The sales rep came by to ensure everything was going well.  The installers were very patient with my dog, very courteous, very professional, and very focused.  Overall, it was an outstanding experience.  We were cooled down by 7:00 that evening.”
